WHAT'S THE INTEREST?
Rent-to-Own has no interest. Payment consists of 50% rental fee and 50% towards ownership. Pay-off is always based on remaining cash balance
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY MORE THAN THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON MY MONTHLY STATEMENT?
Any overage is held in a credit account for you and can be utilized to make future payments or when ready to pay-off building. 100% of funds will go towards the pay-off, however, it will not lower the next month's payment.
IS THE 1 MONTH DOWN ON BUILDINGS THEIR FIRST PAYMENT?
No, it covers the last month of the contract. The 1st bill is due @ 30 days after delivery / install.
DO I NEED A SIGNED LANDLORD RELEASE FOR RENTERS?
No, but you will have to fill out the fields asking for landlord's contact information (only contacted in cases of repossession).
